WELCOME TO VRIDDHI FOUNDATION

Vriddhi Foundation is a trust which was established with the motto of educating every possible rural child in Karnataka. Vriddhi Foundation, established by Ms. Prathima Devi T P, B.Sc, B.Ed, MBA with an experience of 14+ years in the field of education sector, administration, teaching, conducting workshops hailing from Mandya, Karnataka is known for her communication skills, problem solving and leadership. Along with Ms. Prathima, Ms. Nisha U, B. E (Electronics and Communication), MBA known for leadership, situation handling, quick problem solving and operations is working together with young and ambitious thought of serving education society. We have a strong tradition of providing our students with a high-quality education and we are proud of many appreciations and accolades we have received over the years. However, we all know that to grow and improve as a school, we must always be open to new ideas and perspective.

ABOUT ABHIVRIDDHI VIDYA MANDIR

Our school is known for its tradition of excellence. It was acquired by Vriddhi Foundation since 2020. Initially, Ms. Prathima & team took off the academic and operational areas through online mode which was literally a big challenge to introduce those children to the world of Digital technology. Gradually, we had astonishing responses from children as well as their parents and we could sense that there was a scope of acceptance. Online sessions conducted by the team in Bangalore were a major success which changed the dimension of parent's visualization. As we took our next step in our mission, we were able to build confidence in the parents with regards to the unique teaching methodology and simplified learning experience. This was the phase where the major transition took place. We were appreciated for the differential thinking and Innovative approaches. We are incredibly proud of the achievements of our students, staff, and our headmistress. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of watching our students go on doing great things in their innovative ideas. And we are always thrilled to see them grow in a challenging atmosphere where they not only learn to grow in terms of academics; But, also inculcate moral values as they grow.

We at Vriddhi Foundation believe that this is the fundamental truth and it has always been the endeavour of the school to instil rights and values in its students so that they develop holistic personality and are ready to take on challenges once they step out of the gates of our school.

We have set out on an elevating and stimulative journey with the aim of providing our children an exclusive learning experience by teaching them to march ahead with posi- tive attitude, confidence, sensitivity and responsibility.

The unmatched and impressive heights of glory at which our school stands today bears testimony to the fact the school is fearlessly committed to pursue excellence in all fields, be it academics, sports, ethics or aesthetics.

In this contemporary world where cutthroat competition has become a part and parcel of life, it is of supreme importance that we teach our children to be competent enough to stand tall amongst others with their extraordinary skills and come out victo- rious.
We emanate and sprinkle an atmosphere where each child receives love, dignity and acceptance. The trust here is to bend thoroughly to the modern and traditional ap- proach is conductive for all the learners.

Children here learn through exploration and experimentation with a bunch of extracur- ricular activities. The students gain optimum exposure and acquire confidence. We are focused to achieve our aim by providing an exemplary infrastructure to work upon child's physical, mental and artistic faculties.

The words of Swami Vivekananda, "Arise, Awake and stop, not till the road is reached" Arise, arise once again for nothing can be done without renunciation act as our motto and watchword that we always inspire our children throughout our lives.

Vriddhi Foundation is known for its reputation for academic excellence. We have a strong tradition of providing our students with a high-quality education and we are proud of many appreciations and accolades we have received over the years. However, we all know that to grow and improve as a school, we must always be open to new ideas and perspective.
In Vriddhi Foundation, we are dedicated to uplifting rural communities through education, empowerment, and holistic development initiatives. Our core activities include:

  • Education: We provide quality education to rural children, ensuring they have access to learning opportunities that empower them to build better futures for themselves and their communities.
  • Empowerment: We focus on empowering women and marginalized groups within rural communities, providing them with the skills, resources, and support they need to break the cycle of poverty and achieve their full potential.
  • Holistic Development: We offer a range of programs and initiatives aimed at fostering holistic development among rural children, including sports academies, skill-building workshops, and leadership training.
  • Community Engagement: We actively engage with local communities to understand their needs and aspirations, working collaboratively to design and implement sustainable solutions that create lasting positive impact.

Through our work, we strive to create a more equitable and inclusive society where every individual, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

ON THE ROAD TO EMPOWERMENT

The skilling initiative by Vriddhi Foundation and the success of our programme, was soon recognized by the localities and the response to this has been clearly evident.

Today, we take care of a school named “Abhivriddhi Vidya Mandir” formerly known as Gems World Academy which has close to 100 children at present and about 15 professionally groomed teachers. The school building is in the phase of expansion which can cover about 400 students as we move ahead in this project. We welcome companies for their CSR activities or funds to help us in this project.
